Day 1: Windhoek (1 Night)

Welcome to Namibia—meaning “vast place”—and soon you’ll understand why! Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Windhoek where you'll meet your guide and the group. Enjoy a brief orientation about your itinerary and route for the coming days. The rest of your day is yours to relax, with dinner arranged at a local restaurant.Note: Your stay is booked on a BB (bed and breakfast) basis, with all other meals at your own cost.

Day 2 & 3: Sossusvlei (2 Nights)

Today your guided adventure begins! After breakfast, stop in town for any extra provisions before departing for one of Namibia’s most famed attractions—the Namib Desert. The 4-5 hour drive takes you south through captivating landscapes.On the way:

  • Travel south to Rehoboth, then head southwest to Sossusvlei via Spreetshoogte Pass.

  • Pause at the escarpment for panoramic views and at Solitaire for a refreshing break.


When you’re there: Spend the afternoon at leisure or join a nature walk with your guide, or even book an optional sundowner activity at the lodge.The following morning, rise early to catch the breathtaking sunrise at the Sossusvlei dunes. Explore the wonders of Dead Vlei, climb Big Daddy or Dune 45, enjoy a picnic breakfast amid the dunes, and visit Elim Dune and Sesriem Canyon. Your guide will ensure you experience the best times and spots for photography and exploration.

Day 4 & 5: Swakopmund (2 Nights)

After breakfast, leave the desert heat behind as you journey to the cooler coast. Swakopmund, nestled between the desert and the Atlantic Ocean, is Namibia’s activity hub. The 5-6 hour drive is scenic—passing through Solitaire, Gaub and Kuiseb Canyons, and even the Tropic of Capricorn. Consider a detour via the Moonlandscape to admire ancient, desert-adapted Welwitschias.


When you’re there: Explore the vibrant coastal towns of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay at your own pace. Whether you're seeking dune adventures, ocean excursions, or simply time to relax, your day is yours to enjoy.

Day 6 & 7: Damaraland (2 Nights)

Head inland to the dramatic landscapes of Damaraland—an area of dry riverbeds, enormous granite boulders, expansive grassy plains, and awe-inspiring sunsets.

On the way:

  • Drive along the coast to Cape Cross to see the world’s largest Cape Fur Seal breeding colony.

  • Backtrack to Henties Bay, then head inland via Uis.

  • Enjoy stops at lichen fields and a salt pan (ideal for birding), with a possible detour to Brandberg Mountain—the largest inselberg in Namibia.


When you’re there: In the Twyfelfontein area, your guide will take you to key highlights such as the Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings, Burnt Mountain, and Organ Pipes. Enjoy a nature drive in search of desert-adapted elephants and other resilient wildlife, and if time allows, visit the Damara Living Museum.

Day 8: Etosha National Park – South (1 Night)

Today, transition from Damaraland to Namibia’s famed Etosha National Park. Journey through scenic landscapes to Outjo and then north to the park’s southern entrance.


On the way:

  • Stop near Khorixas to admire the Petrified Forest.

  • Enjoy a quick break in Outjo at a bakery for fresh treats, with optional photo stops at Vingerklip and Ugab Terrace if time permits.


When you’re there: Etosha is a wildlife haven where you might see up to seven different species converging at a single waterhole. Get ready for an exciting start to your game viewing adventure!

Day 9 & 10: Etosha National Park – East (2 Nights)

Enjoy a full day game drive as you traverse Etosha from the southern to the eastern entrance, stopping frequently at various waterholes.

  • Join guided game drives in your safari vehicle to witness a spectacular array of wildlife.

  • After a day of exploration, relax at the lodge with a dip in the pool and enjoy the vivid African sunsets.

Day 11: Windhoek (Departure / End of Tour)

It’s time to say goodbye to your unforgettable safari! Start early as you journey back to Windhoek on tarred roads (approx. 5-6 hours).Your guide will drop you off either at your Windhoek accommodation (optional extra) or at Windhoek International Airport for your departure flight (typically in the late afternoon or evening to allow for travel time).If needed, we can arrange post-night accommodation in Windhoek to accommodate flight schedules. Bid farewell to your guide and carry home amazing memories and photographs from your Namibian adventure.
